This centrally-located hotel was an ideal choice for my trip. the rooms were clean and spacious, with modern facilities and a comfortable bed. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to suit all tastes. the hotel's location made it easy to explore the local area, with many shops, restaurants, and attractions just minutes away. Plus, the shuttle service to nearby Malpensa airport was a real bonus – perfect for those early morning flights.

Despite this, the hotel staff were quick to provide extra fans and open windows in the room, which made it more comfortable.

Excellent place for a stay, highly recommended for all travelers who want a great base for their trip, we were pleased with our choice of this venue.

Hotel Astoria was incredibly clean! One of the better three star hotels I've been to in Italy! The woman at the desk also spoke German and English, and was incredibly nice! If you're traveling to Malpensa in the morning, I highly recommend staying here. The hotel is only a few blocks from the Gallarate train station and has a free shuttle to the airport. I went to the airport at 8:30 on a Monday morning, and it took 15 mins!

The internet crashed while I was there because, apparently, there is work done on the line over the weekend. There was nothing the hotel could do about it. But only a minor inconvenience for me, since I was only there for one night.

Almost everything. Food options were bad, rooms were bad, ac did not work, internet was bad, bed to sleep on gave backaches etc

I had a late arrival at the hotel, but the night watchman went out of his way to check me in and make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service and convenient location.

Probity to the train station was very convent as was the ease of catching the hotel shuttle to the airport. Clean room, good breakfast, good Internet access.

The hotel is not bad and I think quite acceptable to stay and pay that price. We found the personnel mostly hospitable and polite. It was convenient for that purpose of trip we arrived for.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient.

The noise from the nearby bistro can be a bit bothersome at times.
